Shipping policy


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may experience delays.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Oman: 1–5 business days
  • GCC & International: 5–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on delivery location and order size.
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct shipping address
  • Accurate contact number
  • Complete delivery details

SOUQ HUB is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.


5. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available through the selected courier service.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work closely with trusted courier partners, SOUQ HUB is not liable for delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit. However, we will assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues whenever possible.


7. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 12 hours of receiving the order.
  • Provide clear proof/photos of the issue.

Requests submitted after the stated timeframe may not be accepted.


8. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or unclaimed by the customer:

  • Additional delivery charges may apply for reshipment.
  • Store credit or exchange may be issued at SOUQ HUB’s discretion.
  • Refunds are not provided.

9. Refused, Late, or Unclaimed Orders

SOUQ HUB reserves the right to refuse service, block, or limit future orders from customers who repeatedly fail to receive or collect their orders at the agreed delivery time without valid reason.

Customers who consistently:

  • Do not answer delivery calls/messages,
  • Refuse orders upon arrival,
  • Or repeatedly delay deliveries,

may be restricted from using Cash on Delivery services or purchasing from SOUQ HUB in the future.
